🎨✨ LEAD CO ’25 – Exploring Creative Spaces & Future Opportunities 🌍🚀
⠀
On the second day of the Access Program Alumni Reunion – LEAD CO ’25, participants dove deeper into the world of creativity, innovation, and future careers. From institutional visits to cultural immersion, the experience highlighted how design thinking and creative industries are shaping the new economy.
⠀
A standout moment was the visit to Compass College — one of Central Asia’s pioneering art & design institutions. Alumni explored disciplines such as fashion design 👗, graphic design 🖌️, animation & cinematography 🎥, IT 💻, interior and product design — gaining insights into the creative industry’s full potential.
⠀
Participants also met with the Association of Creative Industries in Kyrgyzstan, discussing trends, challenges, and the immense opportunities waiting for young changemakers in this sector.
⠀
The journey continued at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), where alumni were introduced to scholarship programs, alumni networks, and educational initiatives supported by the U.S. Government 🇺🇸. Visits to creative coworking hubs Ololo Planet and Ololo Yurt brought fresh perspectives on collaboration, entrepreneurship, and innovation-driven spaces in Kyrgyzstan.
⠀
The event ended with a Closing Ceremony featuring Jacob Williams, Cultural Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy, Mukadas Tashieva, founder of Aktif Ilim, and Nurkyz Tuiteeva, Access Program Coordinator. The evening concluded with a heartwarming Gala Night ✨, celebrating 18 years of the Access Program in Kyrgyzstan — a true celebration of youth, vision, and community.
⠀
💬 LEAD CO ’25 wasn’t just a reunion — it became a launchpad for a generation of young leaders ready to design their futures with purpose and creativity.
