Congratulations to all of you who successfully passed NRE Step 1. Wishing you the very best of luck for NRE Step 2 and all the success ahead in your professional journey.

To those who could not clear the exam in this attempt, never lose hope. Continue your studies with determination and consistency, because only 4–5 months remain for the next attempt, which is more than enough time to prepare strongly and come back with better results. Remember, Allah has wisdom in every matter and every delay carries a greater plan.

Compared to NRE Step 1, NRE Step 2 is relatively easier, but it demands practical skills and regular hands-on practice to develop confidence, reflexes, and clinical approach. Confidence is essential during the examination; however, overconfidence can sometimes lead to unnecessary mistakes, so always stay balanced and composed.

Examiners carefully observe not only your knowledge, but also your attitude, behavior, dressing, confidence, communication skills, and professional conduct. Therefore, focus equally on your personality and presentation.

I would strongly recommend making a study partner or forming a small practice group. Prepare around 20 stations and practice them daily with each other. Consistent practice will help you identify and correct your mistakes, remove discrepancies, and improve your overall performance significantly.

Stay focused, work hard, and trust yourself. Success comes to those who remain patient and persistent.

Congratulations to our proud ISM IUK alumnus on passing the PMDC NRE Step-1 Exam!

He was an active and popular student during his time at ISM IUK, used his Russian language skills to represent the student body for International accreditation purposes and always showed interest in assisting the university administration in matters of interest. He also tried his best to represent the student the interests of the student body during the early years of his studies. We thank him for his efforts and wish him all the best for STEP-2.
