Last week, the Clubfoot Care for Kenya team conducted a supportive supervision visit to Makueni County to strengthen the quality of clubfoot services. The visit focused on monitoring adherence to the Ponseti method and supporting healthcare providers to improve treatment outcomes for every child.

A temporary pause in casting is sometimes the safest step.
If your child develops sores, cuts or open wounds, the healthcare team will treat the wound, allow the skin to heal and resume casting once it is safe.

Healing first helps prevent complications and keeps treatment on the right track.
