Vihiga County established a 17 million Biodigester in Mbale Town to turn solid and liquid waste into organic fertilizer, years later the facility lies idle, unused and in degeneration. Ama nyinyi mmepata mbolea kutoka huku? While effluent and organic waste within the town continues to find its way into local rivers and waterways in one way or another!
