June is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we are celebrating an important milestone at Rose Women's Foundation.

Six Rose staff members have successfully completed a four-day certification training through the Trauma Healing Institute and are now certified Trauma Healing Facilitators.

This achievement brings our total number of trained Trauma Healing Facilitators to over 20, strengthening our ability to support women and communities in their journey toward healing, resilience, and hope.

We are grateful for every partner and supporter who helps make this work possible. Together, we are creating safe spaces for restoration and transformation.

Happy Madaraka Day! 🇰🇪

As we celebrate our nation’s journey and the freedom to shape our future, may we continue empowering women to rise above poverty, realize their potential, and lead with confidence. By investing in women through entrepreneurship, leadership, and the transformative power of the Gospel, we are building stronger families, thriving communities, and a brighter future for generations to come.

Happy Madaraka Day as we celebrate the strength, resilience, and impact of women across Kenya!🇰🇪

Today’s highlight is the inspiring story of Leah Akinyi, who proved that disability is not inability. Despite being on a wheelchair after an illness three years ago, Leah never gave up. After learning about sales and marketing from our program, she turned the available resources around her home into an opportunity by making kokoto (ballast) with the help of her children. Her hard work has already boosted her income. May God continue blessing her efforts and determination.
