Drilling For Life is a charitable Christian organization which is birthed out of a vision to give back a portion of the knowledge and experience attained from many years of professional water well drilling. DFL through its activities aspires to provide clean potable water to those who lack this basic necessity of life, to bring new life to the needy communities in regions surrounding East Africa a

nd beyond. Our mission is to bring a hope for the future, "To be a refuge for the poor and a refuge for the needy in his distress." (Isaiah 25:4)

Before the sun rises, she walks. Miles for water. Miles for life. She carries more than a jerrican, she carries her family, their health and their future.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the strong, the selfless, the life-givers of every community we serve. The women who have carried the weight and the transformation that happens when that weight is finally set down.

At Drilling for Life a borehole is more than water it is dignity returned, health restored, and a mother’s love given room to flourish for we have seen her resilience in every step, her hope in every drop. And today, we honor not just who she is but what she no longer has to endure because where clean water flows, her burden is lifted, time is restored and her children can learn, grow, and dream.

As we draw the curtains on 2025, we pause with grateful hearts. To all our donors, partners, and friends, we say thank you. Your generosity, prayers, and support have made every project a success. Because of you, another community found joy in clean water, another family regained dignity, and another child walked a shorter distance to get water.

As we mark this beautiful season of joy and gratitude, we pause to reflect on the journey we’ve walked together. One filled with purpose, hope, and countless lives touched through the gift of clean water.

This year, we drilled not just wells, but wells of transformation. We carried hope to communities, watched children smile at the first drop from a tap, and witnessed families restored with the dignity of accessible water. Each borehole reminded us why we do what we do—to give life, one well at a time.
