The girl-child holds immense importance in the Tharaka community, serving as a cornerstone for societal growth and prosperity. Empowering girls through education and equal opportunities transforms families, boosts economic progress, and fosters healthier communities.

Educated girls become trailblazers, breaking the chains of poverty and championing gender equality. They often take on vital caregiving and leadership roles, enriching community life.

Investing in the girl-child is not just a moral imperative but a strategic one, ensuring a brighter, more inclusive future. By nurturing their potential, the Tharaka community can ignite powerful, lasting change, propelling everyone towards a prosperous tomorrow.

Letter to the child....

Let no one despise you because you are a child or young...

There's strength inside of you...
There's innocence that's powerful inside of you
There's YOU inside of you ....

Enjoy all the beauty of being a child..
Never wish not to be one even if you are an adult...

There's beauty in the simplicity of a child.
There's fun in the playfulness of a child .
There's laughter in the mistakes of a child..
There's a lot to learn from a child..
