As conversations continue around missing children in Kenya, there is a need for greater vigilance, informed parenting, safer community spaces and emotional support for children.

Of importance, there is also need for stronger action against all forms of abuse and exploitation affecting children today.

The increasing reports of missing and disappearing children across the country continue to raise concern among families and communities.

In many cases, children become vulnerable to exploitation, trafficking, neglect, violence, and different forms of abuse.

Accusations are common form of verbal abuse used against victims.

The abuser uses tactics of victim blaming, pointing fingers, escaping from accountability and even condemning.

This kind of abuse is as old as Adam and Eve. Satan is good at using Accusation to feel unworthy, not lovable, hopelessness,lack of decision making so to keep a victim in abuse, the more he plays and toys with a victim thoughts ,he wins the abuser Wins.

In ARMS we go through a Topic mind makeover, because we know when we win cognitively; we win also in action. If we change our thoughts from 'I deserve it' to 'abuse was never my choice' ....then we can be in a position to choose to break the cycle no matter how hard it is.

Renewal of mind is a tool that is needed and necessary in fighting abuse. Free mind means free from abusive cycles. Romans 12:2.
