This week, our Exam Support Drive warmed our hearts — seeing smiles as candidates received the supplies they needed for their exams reminded us what community truly means.

Then came our Relationships & S*x mentorship — deep, honest talks that couldn’t have come at a better time as schools close. We reminded our teens to stay safe, value themselves, and make wise choices.

Both moments showed us that change starts with small acts of love.

The Riata Foundation joins the nation in mourning the passing of Rt. Hon. Raila Amolo Odinga, a father of democracy, a voice for justice, and a beacon of hope for generations. His tireless fight for equality, freedom, and dignity for every Kenyan mirrors the very values we uphold: empowerment, resilience, and community transformation.

As we reflect on his legacy, we are reminded of the power of selflessness and service to humanity. His life’s journey teaches us to stand firm in the face of adversity and to uplift others through compassion and courage.
