It is a leading national voluntary run non profit making organization that offers services to people living Dementia and Alzheimer's disease , their family members and their carers.Our Core mandate is to raise public awareness and training's on Dementia & Alzheimer's as well as lobby for other stakeholders to prioritize Dementia & Alzheimer's in their programs. The primary objective is to raise
public awareness throughout Kenya, with the hope of eliminating the fear caused by Dementia and Alzheimer’s mental disorder. At Home Healthcare Kenya also aims to spread in depth the knowledge of the disease and to decrease the burden of care on families and encourage partnerships between professionals. Raising community awareness and stimulating involvement seems a solution and an efficient way to achieve help for the largest possible number of people. Our aim is to make sure we are the leading organization in disseminating information, reduce stigmatization and unveil the darkness about Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
