Githima CBO is proud to lead a tree-planting initiative across schools and communities in Laikipia County. Every tree planted today is an investment in a cleaner environment, healthier communities, and a brighter future for generations to come.
Through this initiative, we aim to:

✅ Promote environmental conservation and climate action
✅ Create greener, healthier learning environments
✅ Empower communities to take part in sustainable development

Githima CBO continues to champion environmental conservation and community empowerment across Laikipia County. Our mission is to protect the environment, promote sustainable living, and inspire communities to take action for a cleaner and healthier future.
As part of our ongoing activities, we proudly organize school tree planting exercises to encourage young people to become environmental ambassadors. Through these programs, students learn the importance of trees in preventing soil erosion, conserving water, improving air quality, and fighting climate changeTogether with schools, local leaders, and community members, we are creating awareness on:
