🏥💙 A heartfelt thank you to Nanyuki Hospital for being one of the key partners in making this event a success.

The hospital believed in our vision, supported our dream, and generously invested their time and expertise in empowering the girls. Over two days, they provided Nurse Grace, who led insightful sessions on holistic reproductive health for teenagers, helping the girls gain knowledge, confidence, and a better understanding of their well-being.

We are also grateful to the clinical nutritionist Irene Mwangi and Nurse Grace for sharing not only their professional expertise but also their personal career journeys, inspiring the girls to consider careers in healthcare and service.

Your partnership, commitment, and willingness to pour into the next generation have made a lasting impact. Thank you for walking this journey with us and for helping shape informed & empowered young women.

🌱✨ We were privileged to host inspiring women in agriculture who challenged stereotypes and broadened our understanding of the sector.

Among them was an Agricultural Economist and the founder of Seed Tech, a seed scientist who shared her journey and insights into the vast opportunities within agriculture. She also attended with her daughter, whom she is intentionally mentoring and preparing to carry forward a legacy of leadership, innovation, and excellence.

Through their experiences, they helped shift perceptions of agriculture from a traditional field to one driven by science, technology, entrepreneurship, and impact. Their stories reminded the girls that agriculture is not just about farming—it is a powerful space for leadership, problem-solving, and creating sustainable solutions for the future.

What began as a side hustle while in school grew into a thriving business fueled by passion, consistency, and determination. She shared how the income from her beauty business helped her pay her tuition fees, demonstrating the power of entrepreneurship and self-belief.

Her story encouraged the girls to embrace their talents, start where they are, and recognize that even small ventures can create life-changing opportunities.

Two vets in the house, one inspiring mission! 🩺🐾**

We had the privilege of exploring the world of Veterinary Medicine through Consav One Health VetClinic ,who generously shared his journey—the challenges, lessons, and rewards of a career dedicated to animal health and welfare.

What made the session even more inspiring was that he was accompanied by GABBIE MUTISO pursuing a degree in Veterinary Medicine, whom he has been mentoring along the way. Her story gave the students a relatable perspective on what it takes to pursue this path and the importance of guidance, determination, and passion.

Together, they opened our eyes to the diverse opportunities within Veterinary Medicine and encouraged the girls to dream boldly, ask questions, and pursue careers that align with their purpose and interests.

Representation matters. Mentorship matters. And sometimes, seeing someone who has walked the path—and another who is currently walking it—is all the inspiration needed to believe that it is possible.

With the ongoing unrest in high schools, the Inner Rise Circle had the privilege of engaging the girls of Moi Equator Girls in a holistic conversation designed to empower, inform, and inspire. At a time when young people are navigating academic pressure, emotional challenges, social influences, and uncertainty about the future, creating safe spaces for honest dialogue has never been more important.

We were honored to host an exceptional panel of speakers who shared their expertise and insights:

• Angeline Wahu, a Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service representative, guided the students through the university selection process and encouraged them to make informed career choices.

• Irene Elijah , Lead Coach, Mentor, and Trainer at Thrive 360 Degrees and CEO of Hallmark Institute spoke on Career Guidance and Emotional Intelligence, emphasizing the importance of resilience, self-awareness, and healthy relationships.

• Wanjiku Gacheru from Mental health pledges addressed mental health, its impact on daily life, and reminded the girls that healing, hope, and recovery are always possible.

• Joy, a Social Media Manager, and Wakili Mwangi explored responsible social media use, digital citizenship, and the legal implications of online conduct.

The session was more than a series of talks—it was a moment of reflection, learning, and empowerment. The girls left with practical tools to make informed decisions, prioritize their well-being, pursue their aspirations with confidence, and become responsible leaders in their communities.

We thank the administration and staff of Moi Equator Girls for partnering with us to nurture informed, resilient, and purpose-driven young women prepared to thrive in an ever-changing world.
