Saving The Girl Child - Kenya An empowered girl of today is an empowered woman of tomorrow. Saving the Girl Child is a Non-Governmental Organization, based in Nakuru, Kenya.

Its main purpose is to improve the girls’ standards of living in that region, to ensure their proper development and to provide them access to quality education. Our goal is to contribute to the social and economic emancipation of women in that region by supporting them from childhood. We believe that women have a major role to play in the development of a country such as Kenya, that they bring a

different vision that might be the key to real change. "An empowered girl of today is an empowered woman of tomorrow."
