In Nakuru County, we’re flipping the script.

With support from Uraia, we’re reimagining voter education in Nakuru County thro' interactive board games in colleges—sparking discussions and empowering Gen Zs with civic knowledge.

Currently underway in Nakuru County is the Election Stakeholders Engagement Forum bringing together state and non-state actors to share timely updates on ongoing electoral activities and assess the county’s electoral environment and emerging issues.

With support from Uraia , we convened the County-level People’s Assembly Forum bringing together citizens from constituencies across Nakuru County. The forum marked the culmination of sub-county People’s Assemblies and served to validate and consolidate citizen manifestos.
The Assembly provided an inclusive platform for citizens to align their priorities and advance a shared County Citizens’ Manifesto that strengthens accountability, promotes responsive governance and reinforces issue-based governance.
