Fifteen years ago, Mwangi and Njeri Muchemi of Mucemi Farm in Dundori, Nyandarua, ate meat unlike anything they had ever had. When they came home, they began replacing their entire Merino flock with the Hampshire Down — a breed so premium it has been dubbed the Wagyu of sheep.
