We came to Karati Chief Camp hoping to help, but you gave us so much more in return. 🎉 From the laughter in the waiting area to the relieved smiles after consultations, yesterday was a powerful reminder of why we do this. 💙

Healthcare AND a Hot Meal? Yes, Please! 🙌🏽

At the Better You Foundation, we show up to heal, but we also show up to care—in every sense of the word.

Right now, at our Karati Malewa West camp, the medical tents are buzzing, but the dining area? It’s buzzing even louder! 🍽️ We are currently serving lunch to everyone who came out today. Because you can't build a healthy community on an empty stomach.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but I hope this video conveys the millions of reasons we do what we do.

I had the privilege of leading our team at the Karati Malewa West area in Naivasha for our Free Medical Camp. As I walk you through our mission in this video, I want you to see the faces of the community we served. For many, this isn’t just a medical check-up; it was a lifeline.

At Better You Foundation, we believe that access to quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege. From blood pressure checks to distributing essential medicine, we are working tirelessly to close the gap in underserved areas.

A huge thank you to the community of Karati Malewa for welcoming us. We came to serve, but we are feeling inspired by your strength.
