Neurodevelopmental disorders are a group of conditions that affect the development of the nervous system, primarily the brain. These disorders can impact various areas of development, including cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social functioning. Common examples include; Intellectual Disability, and Learning Disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Focus today is; Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that influences social interaction, communication and behavior (APA, 2013).
