Today, handwash trainers from the Rotary Club of Nakuru trained our learners, teachers, and PTA members on clean water, hygiene, and menstrual care. Boys were included too, helping break stigma around periods.
This follows the installation of 25,000-litre water tanks, handwashing stations, and gutters to harvest rainwater—improving our water source and making school life healthier for all.
We remain grateful to partners and friends who continue to walk with us in improving learning conditions for our students.

Mid-term break is here!
For some of our students who cannot afford to travel home, Hopewell becomes their safe haven.
We invite friends and partners to support this program and help us provide meals, care, and a warm environment during the break.

Today we held our Annual General Meeting, bringing together key stakeholders - the parents - united by one common purpose — the well-being of our students.
It was a valuable and thoughtful interaction, marked by honest reflections, shared perspectives, and a collective desire to make sure the students welfare was taken care of.
We appreciate the presence, commitment, and constructive engagement of all who attended. Your dedication to our students’ journey remains the greatest pillar of our institution.

Today was a meaningful and empowering day at Hopewell.
We successfully conducted a sanitary towel distribution for our girls, and six other schools which sent their representatives during the session. Beyond distribution, the day was filled with learning, openness, and empowerment.
We were honored to have Sally Kamau from Heart Africa who educated our girls on menstrual health, hygiene, and confidence. This time, we intentionally included our boys in the sexual education session. For too long, boys have been left out of these conversations, yet they are an integral part of the journey. When boys understand, they support. When they support, stigma reduces. When stigma reduces, girls thrive.
A heartfelt thank you to Steve and Pat Werner and the Rotary Club of Geneva Lake West for their generous initiative in providing the sanitary towels. Your support is not just meeting a physical need — it is restoring dignity, protecting attendance, and empowering futures.
Together, we are building a generation that is informed, confident, and compassionate.
