BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Reproductive Health Youth Friendly and Environmental Conservation (RHYFE) is an organization based in Nakuru County and was first founded in the year 2011 through Midtown Youth Friendly Centre/Clinic which is one of the member facilities of Reproductive Health Network (RHN). RHYFE was established to respond to the community and youth identified needs which were positively b
eing requested by the clients who were accessing services at the facility. It is through series of consultation meetings held with various stakeholders who were involved in needs identification and prioritization depending on the target population and the environment that they live in. RHYFE as an organization registered with the government of Kenya based on Policies and National guidelines on implementation of the organization program and the strategies. RHYFE as an organization has its clear goal, vision and mission statements which are developed in consultation with stakeholders to contribute to the realization of county and national goal including realization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which Kenya’s vision 2030 is contributing to. GOAL
To contribute to the improvement of the quality of life. MISSION
Promote integrated sustainable development among the community through provision of quality Health, Human Rights & Gender mainstreaming, Political, Social-economic programs, environmental conservation, agribusiness and Youth programs in enhancing sustainable livelihood. OBJECTIVES
• To promote and provide integrated accessible Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and services to the community, youth, men and other marginalized groups.
• To involve all youths and children from all works of life to participate in program implantation at all levels and access to integrated services and exercise their democratic rights without discrimination
• To promote and develop mechanism to address responsible behavior change by initiating protection ,training, advocacy and sustainable services at all levels
• To promote clean environment, Agribusiness and other political, socio-economic development programs that is geared towards improvement of livelihood.
• To enhance effective collaboration and networking mechanism in implementation of programs, resources mobilization, research in prioritized areas of need. THEMATIC AREAS
The organization executes its activities and programs in line with five prioritized thematic areas in order to contribute in improvement of living standards of the community
1. Quality integrated health provision
2. Human rights and mainstreaming gender including advocacy to stop all forms of violence against women and girls.
3. Environmental conservation and agribusiness

5. Youth empowerment programs
TARGET GROUP
RHYFE as an organization has a clear structure that addresses people’s needs collectively through collaboration and networking at all levels. It has specific target groups from all walks of life who step in for specific services. This includes:

• Marginalized and Vulnerable( girls ,persons with disability ,street children ,women with fistula problems CSW, )
