A Prophetic Prayer for HOCAN SGBV Rescue Centre and the Purchase of Our Property
Heavenly Father, in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we come before Your throne with hearts full of gratitude, faith and expectation. Lord, we thank You for the journey of HOCAN SGBV Rescue Centre. Thank You for every child rescued, every life protected, every tear wiped away, every survivor restored and every door You have opened. What began as a vision in the hearts of Your servants has become a place of refuge, hope and restoration for vulnerable children.
Father, Your Word declares in Philippians 1:6:
“He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
Therefore, today we prophetically declare that the good work You began through HOCAN shall not die, shall not be abandoned and shall not remain unfinished. The God who started this vision is faithful to establish it, enlarge it and bring it into full accomplishment.
In the name of Jesus, we stand before this property and declare:
This place shall become a permanent home of refuge. This land and this house shall not remain beyond our reach. The God who provided the vision shall provide the provision. The God who gave us the children to serve shall provide the resources to protect them. The God who brought us this far shall not leave us halfway.
Father, according to Isaiah 45:2–3, You have promised:
“I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places.”
Therefore, Lord, go before HOCAN. Break every financial barrier. Remove every obstacle standing between this ministry and the acquisition of this property. Release hidden treasures, divine connections, unexpected gifts, generous partners and financial breakthroughs from places we have never imagined.
We declare according to Haggai 2:8:
“The silver is mine and the gold is mine,” declares the Lord Almighty.
Father, because all silver and gold belong to You, we declare that provision is not limited by our present resources. You are able to move upon the hearts of individuals, churches, organizations, foundations, governments and destiny helpers to support this vision.
Lord, according to Ephesians 3:20, You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or imagine. We therefore reject fear, discouragement and financial limitation. We choose to believe that what appears impossible to man is possible with God.
Today, in faith, we speak to every financial mountain and declare according to Zechariah 4:6–7:
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord Almighty.
Who are you, mighty mountain? Before HOCAN, you shall become level ground!
Every mountain of lack, delay, debt, opposition and uncertainty, be removed in the name of Jesus.
We prophetically declare that the money needed to purchase this property shall come. It shall come through divine provision, through people whom God has prepared, through opportunities we have not yet seen and through doors that no man can shut.
According to Psalm 24:1:
“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.”
Father, if this property is part of Your divine purpose for HOCAN, establish it in our hands. Let this house become a testimony that when God gives a vision, He also makes a way for its fulfillment.
We declare that HOCAN shall not remain a temporary shelter. It shall grow into a strong and permanent centre of protection, healing, justice, restoration and hope.
Let the cries of vulnerable children be answered within these walls.
Let survivors find safety within these gates.
Let broken lives encounter healing.
Let the oppressed find justice.
Let abandoned children discover family and hope.
Let this property become holy ground where lives are restored and destinies are preserved.
Father, send destiny helpers from the north, south, east and west. Connect HOCAN with people whose hearts You have already prepared. Cause our story to reach the right ears, our vision to reach the right hearts and our need to reach those You have appointed to help us.
We also declare according to Habakkuk 2:3:
“For the revelation awaits an appointed time… Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay.”
Therefore, we shall not give up. We shall not surrender to discouragement. We shall continue to pray, believe, work and trust in You.
Lord, just as You provided for the widow through unexpected means, provided manna in the wilderness, multiplied the five loaves and two fish, and caused Peter to find provision where he never expected it, surprise HOCAN with supernatural provision.
We decree and declare:
HOCAN shall live.
HOCAN shall grow.
HOCAN shall not be ashamed.
The vision shall be accomplished.
The children shall be protected.
The work shall continue.
The property shall come into the hands of those appointed to steward it for God’s purpose.
And the name of the Lord shall be glorified.
Father, we seal this prayer with faith in Your Word from Philippians 4:19:
Prophetic Declaration:
We declare that HOCAN is not a forgotten vision. It is a God-given assignment. The One who began this good work will carry it to completion. We shall see the goodness of the Lord. We shall see provision. We shall see permanent establishment. We shall see this rescue centre become a greater place of safety, restoration and hope for generations to come.
