The objectives of the organisation:
1 Raise awareness of sedentary diseases (Obesity, Diabetes and hypertension) and how to prevent and manage them
2)provision of sanitary pads to girls from needy families
4 )Educate the public on Sexual and reproductive health
5) Educate the PLWHAS and their care givers on Nutrition and HIV/AIDs
management
6)visiting the needy and sick
6) Trauma counseling and stress management
