You Donβt Have to Have It All Figured Out π
Many of us feel pressure to have a clear plan, all the answers, or complete certainty about the future. However, uncertainty is a normal part of life, and growth often happens during periods of change, challenge, and transition.
Research shows that constantly striving for perfection or trying to control every outcome can increase stress and self-doubt. In contrast, practising self-compassion and focusing on what is within our control can help build resilience and emotional wellbeing.
π± Remember:
β¨ Progress does not require perfection
β¨ It is okay to learn as you go
β¨ Mistakes are opportunities for growth
β¨ Your worth is not defined by how much you have figured out
π Instead of asking, β Why donβt I have all the answers?β consider asking, β What is one small step I can take today?β
At the Aga Khan Health Board, we encourage individuals and families to approach themselves with patience and kindness. Life is not about having everything figured out - it is about continuing to grow, learn, and move forward, one step at a time. πΏ
