The refugee women, single- parent- girls, widows, orphans and youth lack jobs, business skills, quality medical, housing facilities, education, suffer rivalry from rival groups and isolation. Single mothers in this community carry the heaviest burdens. Several have been gang r***d, tortured, watched their husbands and children murdered in their presence. Many girls have undergone sexual abuse resulting in some conceiving below sixteen years of age. This has worsened their vulnerability.
