Congratulations to our Chairman Buli Banton!

We proudly celebrate our Chairman for his outstanding achievement in directing school students and winning Best Solo Verse No. 2 in Kenya at the Kenya National Drama and Film Festival.

This powerful journey involved nurturing talent from various schools, including Kagumo Teachers Training College in Nyeri County, with rehearsals and training running from April 6th to April 18th. Through dedication and creative direction, the learners delivered an exceptional performance that earned national recognition.

This milestone reflects excellence, discipline, and the impact of theatre in shaping young storytellers and future leaders.

As part of Bold Storytellers: Digital Stages Driving Kenya’s Development Through Theatre and Film, we celebrate this inspiring achievement in arts and education.

Spinjets Arts Organization is honored to share that our Board Chair was privileged to attend the AUF2 Conference held at KICC from 7th–9th April 2026, courtesy of the Cities YOUTH FORUM..

This remarkable three-day forum brought together youth leaders, policymakers, creatives, and development partners from across Africa, creating a powerful space for dialogue, collaboration, and innovation around sustainable urban development, housing, and youth inclusion. Being part of these conversations was not only a great privilege but also a significant step in amplifying the voice of our community on a continental platform.

Throughout the conference, our Board Chair engaged in insightful discussions, networking sessions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities that will greatly contribute to strengthening our programs and impact as Spinjets Arts Organization. The experience gained and connections built will help us continue using art as a tool for advocacy, empowerment, and positive social change.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the Cities YOUTH FORUM. for making this opportunity possible. As an organization, we remain committed to translating these experiences into meaningful action within our community.

On 12th December 2025, We proudly staged our powerful and transformative play The Crown Shadow a production dedicated to raising awareness about Endometriosis and advocating for women’s health and dignity.
As an organization that uses art, media, and community dialogue as tools for social change, this play was more than just a performance — it was a movement. It reflected our commitment to addressing critical community issues through creative expression.
The Crown Shadow gave voice to the silent pain many women endure. It created a safe space for conversation, learning, empathy, and healing. Through theatre, we challenged stigma. Through storytelling, we educated. Through performance, we empowered.
This production aligned with our mission of fostering community development through impactful media and theatrical productions. It reminded us why we do what we do to amplify community voices and spark meaningful change.

we engaged community members in a meaningful conversation under the theme “Public Debt, Private Pain" highlighting how Kenya’s rising public debt continues to affect daily life at the grassroots especially in health, education, and security

Public debt should work for the people, not burden them. Communities deserve transparency, accountability, and honesty in how public resources are managed. Civic awareness and participation are key to building a just and equitable society.
Our voices matter. Accountability starts with us. The time to speak up is now.

Every rehearsal is filled with sweat, passion, and purpose as we bring *The Crown’s Shadow* to life. This stage play dives deep into the silent battles many women face especially the hidden pain of Endometriosis*, a condition often misunderstood, dismissed, or ignored.

Our cast is pushing limits, our team is pouring heart into every moment, and the energy in the rehearsal room is simply electric.
We are cooking something hot, something bold, something unforgettable!
