ARRF generates policy alternatives to political, social and economic challenges facing Eastern Africa from the regional perspe

ctives of the East African Community (EAC). It links scholars, researchers, opinion leaders and public service functionaries to interact and share ideas. ARRF also facilitates the evolution of a regional community of scholars, activists and institutions, with a shared interest in addressing inter-African development challenges.
