... Having a product available is one step but creating a strategic plan to ensure that your product reaches your client is another task:
We started with a good quality product, but we had language barriers that suppressed our efforts to sell.
We initially had a competitive product but we still didn't know where to find our clients.
We were aware that our products were needed by society, unfortunately we had social restrictions that wouldn't allow us to approach them and express our ideas
We had an impressive product but we still couldn't monetize it in order to generate a source of income.
In our anxiety we figured out only a thorough research on what is needed and what was available could provide clarity of how to build a bridge and connect needs and accessible to build solutions. That's called strategic planning.
