I. RESPONSIBLE MASCULINITY
Under this pillar are the following programs:
• MAN ENOUGH: A journey of rediscovering the truth of masculinity through a ten-week experience that seeks to restore the honor of manhood. Men understand their identity and courageously take on their responsibility as friends, brothers, husbands, fathers, elders and workers.
• BOYS TO MEN: - A 10-week experience for young men, between the ages of 13 – 21 years. In a fun, safe and conversational environment, boys are guided by well-trained mentors as they transition into manhood. Young men are affirmed, equipped and trained in the issues of their identity, the meaning of masculinity, the roles and responsibilities of a man, career choices and the dangers to avoid throughout teenage and young adulthood.
• INTENTIONAL DAD- A 7-week experiential challenge that envisions and inspires a generation of men to raise holistic, responsible and value based children who will carry on their legacy. This initiative specifically challenges the men on growing into fathers who are present, providers, protectors, value guardians and guides of their homes. It creates a space for training, accountability, healing and lifelong community.
• MOTHERS OF SONS: A 10-week journey of understanding the role of mothers in preparing sons to be responsible men. They are equipped on how to come alongside their sons through the stages of development. It touches on topics such as technology, sexuality, dangers of boyhood, differences between a boy and a girl and the definition and principles of manhood. The mothers also find: self-awareness, deals with personal challenges and enjoys community and accountability with other mothers. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP
• LEAD TO SERVE: A program designed to teach the basics of leadership by challenging wrong perceptions of leadership, redefining true leadership and providing the skills necessary for self-leadership and servant leadership.
• MARKET PLACE PROGRAM: A transformational 8-week program that seeks to enlighten, equip and engage the individual in the marketplace to positively impact his or her space.
• KIONGOZI CHALLENGE: A leadership training initiative geared towards envisioning, equipping and engaging individuals to be value based citizens who elect value based leaders for public office. Through it you will learn on how to grow the 5C’s or qualities of a good leader which are: Conciliatory, Caring and Competent, Character and a Compelling Vision. COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
• OMBI: A 10-week transformational experience in prayer. It has drawn many closer to God, revived participants’ prayer lives and increased the level of prayer in the local church. It is best done in small groups and encourages prayer and intercession in the local church. Do you want to enrich your prayer life? This is the program for you.
• FIRE FRIDAY: An initiative that challenges and encourages citizens to come together and be deliberate about taking at least 15 minutes every Friday to pray, reflect and take action for the transformation of their nation. The tag line challenges the citizen to light a candle, say a prayer, and change the nation.
• THE FACES EXPERIENCE: A life changing experience that will walk you through the journey of understanding the deep rooted values, beliefs and behaviors that have shaped your daily life choices while pointing you to who God intends you to be. Packaged as a guided weekend retreat followed by weekly coaching sessions, the experience will guide you to understand why you view yourself, God and others as you do. It frees you to pursue your purpose unhindered by the past and present. ACHIEVEMENTS:
