Pakpro KENYA Kenya's Award winning Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) representing all post-consumer packaging

17/06/2026

At the Turning the Tide Business Forum, businesses, county government, recyclers, waste workers, community organisations, and development partners explored how collaboration is accelerating solutions to marine plastic pollution.

From strengthening collection systems and advancing circular economy partnerships to unlocking the value of post-consumer packaging, one message stood out: tackling plastic pollution requires collective action, and that action is already underway.

These conversations are shaping stronger partnerships, practical solutions, and a future where packaging is kept in the economy and out of our oceans.
