Building safer spaces starts with informed teams. 🛡️
This week, ADDA staff came together for a Safeguarding and PSEAH
(Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Harassment) training
facilitated by CBM Kenya

Key takeaways included:
✅ Safeguarding protects children, young people & vulnerable adults. It's
the foundation policies are built on
✅ A survivor-centred approach guides every step of our response
At ADDA, safeguarding isn't just a checkbox, but a continuous commitment
to the communities we serve.

Safeguarding is rooted in zero-tolerance for sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment. Grateful to CBM for equipping our team with the tools to protect and
empower. 🤝

We recently held a School Dialogue at Kyumbi Comprehensive School bringing together teachers, learners, and parents to discuss child rights, safeguarding, disability inclusion, diversity, and the power of play in child development.

The day was made even more special as learners took center stage — showcasing vibrant play, sports, and cultural performances that brought the themes to life!

Together, we are building safer, more inclusive communities — one school at a time.
