The Widowhood Challenges from children born out of Wedlock.

Alot of times when a husband dies,there's scramble for the estate of the late husband.This scramble can be from in-laws,unrecognised marital relationships( popularly referred to as mpango wa kando),Children and sometimes friends.
At African Women International Development Network(AWDN) some of the challenges we encounter is how to advice a widow who put all her eggs in one basket with unfaithful spouse or worse still when the spouse dies intestate( yaani without a will).
When a spouse dies both the children born in recognised marriages and unrecognised relationships are entitled to inherit from their parents.
