Often people are busy feeding others with food and filling their stomach, yes this is important for our survival, but then what is equally important if not more important is feeding the people with quality and useful information. We are Young Somali Youth that stood up to create awareness among our community by using the proper channels. After the civil war most of our parents did seek refuge fro
m other countries – as a result some of us were not lucky enough to get well acquainted with their ascribed religion and culture, we lost societal norms, family values, culture and personal identity. We therefore took the responsibility to create the young generation a platform where useful ideas are transferred in a language and form that is digestible to their thinking and capacity
