Liberty Visions Media

Liberty Visions Media Liberty Visions is active in community development and education in poor communities. The organisation is registered in Kenya as an international NGO.

Liberty Visions Media is the communications and income-generating arm of the ministry, supporting the work through creative and positive media initiatives. The main purpose of the Organization is to promote exclusively charitable religious and educational activities. The organization has two main components; non-income generating ministry among young couples, young ladies and children and the inc

ome generating media component. The main non-income generating activity right now is Liberty Visions Learning Center (LVLC). This is a school that was begun in Mji wa Huruma, Nairobi for the children in the area. Plans are underway to begin work in Zimbabwe. LVLC’s main goal is to provide an opportunity for children to get a head start in their education by creating a high-quality educational facility in the slum that is affordable and accessible and build a solid academic foundation for children from low income families. LVLC’s secondary goal is to help meet the children’s and by extension the families’ physical needs. These needs are met by providing at least one meal a day to the children, hosting periodic medical camps and collecting and distributing shoes and clothing. Liberty Visions Media provides media and communication support for the ministry. This support includes web and social media support, general communications, income generating media initiatives and print media support.

Did you know your timeline behavior in Adobe Premiere Pro can completely change how you edit?

There are 3 scrolling modes you should know:

• No Scroll – Playhead disappears off screen, then jumps back when you stop
• Page Scroll – Timeline moves forward in sections
• Smooth Scroll – Playhead stays centered while clips move past it

When fully zoomed out, all three modes look the same—so many editors don’t even realize the difference!

Each mode affects your editing speed, precision, and comfort.

Which one works best for you?

Every videographer remembers their first camera.

Mine was the Sony DCR-TRV33, a tiny MiniDV camcorder released in 2003 that punched far above its weight. I shot several weddings with this camera when I was starting out.

For a budget camcorder it had some serious features—Carl Zeiss optics, FireWire digital output, NightShot, and even the ability to play PAL tapes on an NTSC model.

It finally died a few years ago, but it taught me the fundamentals of shooting video and started a journey that continues today.

Sometimes the smallest cameras leave the biggest memories.

🎥 Did you ever shoot on MiniDV?

Editing Interview Audio Made Easy

The Hollyland Lark M2 is a compact dual wireless microphone system that works great for recording interviews and two-person videos.

When you record in stereo mode, each microphone is recorded on a different channel of the same stereo track. One mic goes to the left channel, and the other goes to the right channel.

That might look like a single track when you import it into Adobe Premiere Pro, but the two voices are actually separate—and you can easily split them for editing.

Here’s the quick workflow:

• Duplicate the audio track on your timeline
• Open the Effects panel
• Go to Audio Effects → Special
• Apply Fill Left to the first track
• Apply Fill Right to the second track

And that’s it.

Now each microphone is on its own track, giving you full control to:

✔ Adjust volume levels independently
✔ Clean up noise on one speaker
✔ Mute one microphone without affecting the other

This simple editing technique is especially helpful for interviews, podcasts, and two-person videos, where balancing voices makes a big difference in the final sound quality.

Small editing trick — big improvement in your audio workflow.
