We proudly participated in the Organizational Development and Strategic Support Services (ODSSS) training organized by AMREF at the iconic Twin Towers Hotel, a transformative convening that brought together diverse Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) committed to driving positive change at the grassroots level around Homa-Bay County.
This training served as a powerful platform to build the institutional capacity of CBO's through practical learning on governance, strategic planning, resource mobilization, financial management, and results-based programming. It empowered participants with the tools, knowledge, and networks necessary to strengthen organizational systems and deepen their community impact.
