The impact of self-defense goes beyond the training space.

As April comes to a close and we mark S*xual Assault Awareness Month, we reflect on the recent Self Defense sessions with Canada-Mathare Education Trust scholars where young people built not only practical skills, but also confidence, awareness, and a deeper sense of responsibility.

Creating safer communities starts with informed individuals young people who understand, speak up, and stand for respect.
