Drivers in this PSV sector have been cheated to be independent contractors and partners in an industry that they have control in. Our union fought for policy change through legislation through petition in Kenya parliament. Government organs and agencies MUST protect workers in this industry, but from what we see the battle for liberating this industry to conform with fair labour practices is still far from over. And we'll organize and organize and push for policy change!

Another win for PUTON member, who had his class A or what is now D1, D2 and D3 removed from the system by the NTSA. The NTSA was ordered to reinstate these driving classes back to his driving license. VIVA PUTON!
