Children in Freedom is an international NGO registered under section 10 of the Non-Governmental Organisations Co-ordination Act, Kenya. We are an educational foundation that believes that every child has a talent; that every child is good at something, and we would like to give them the chance to explore and exploit it to the fullest, and be able to contribute their talent to the world. We sponsor

children through school, but our long term goal is to establish Children in Freedom Centres of Talent, to give us space to engage fully in a holistic curriculum and pedagogy. We also believe that people are inherently good and want the best for the future generation. We believe that adults, who have themselves excelled in their talents, will totally embrace the opportunity to mentor children from their former schools. We want to make these connections and give Kenyan adults an opportunity to plough back and shape the citizenry of the future. All our initiatives promote citizenship, as Kenyans work together regardless of tribe, geography, gender, religion, career, class or ability. http://www.childreninfreedom.com
