Youth LITE Kenya We are a youth led initiative promoting inclusion of young people in developing solutions for the communities.

We do this through: student consultant program and youth convenings Young people make up a large share of the population in Kenya yet they suffer from unemployment and underemployment. This is often caused by lack of proper work experience and professional maturity which makes it difficult for them to secure sustainable employment. As an initiative we recognize the impact of skill development trai

ning on youth development and economic growth. Hence we will be proactive; listening to, and working with, youth and stakeholder organizations in the pursuit of renewing employer confidence in youth through challenges and community development activities.
