As we step into this New Year, my heart is full of gratitude for everything we have accomplished together.

For 2026, our prayer and vision is simple but profound: that this be a year of radical change and transformation. We don’t just want to reach people; we want to see lives completely made new.

We trust and believe that God will open doors we haven’t even imagined yet, allowing us to fulfill His desire to touch more lives than ever before. Thank you for your passion and your "heart" for this mission.

Let’s make this a year to remember..Happy new year team.

Today, we had the privilege of visiting Esther Nyokabi's family at Moricho Sublocation, Jamaica Lengenet Location, in Rongai Subcounty. Our team, led our founder Amos Bett, alongside Jane Chebet, Mercy Mitei , Betsy Mutai, and Charles, were honored to deliver a brand new wheelchair to Esther's 10-year-old child , courtesy of Rotary Club of Rehama- Nairobi, thanks to the incredible efforts of Incoming President(President Elect)Betsy Mutai.

This wheelchair will be a game-changer for this young one, and we're overwhelmed with joy knowing that we've made a difference. A huge thank you to every single one of you who supported this initiative - your kindness and generosity will bring smiles and mobility to this deserving child.

Today, Founder Amos Bett , Jane Chebet, and Moses joined Mama Charity Divya Nitin Shah who generously donated a wheelchair to Mama Rael Misoi from Burgei village in Rongai Subcounty.

For over three years, Mama Rael’s health condition has made movement difficult — but today, her smile returned, and her family and neighbours were filled with joy.

A big thank you to Divya for her kind heart and selfless act of giving. Your compassion truly made a difference in Mama Rael’s life.

Today, Amos Bett , Jane Chebet and Victor joined Divya Nitin Shah on a heartwarming mission to Marishoni, Molo Sub-County. 🌿
Divya donated a tricycle to Brenda Tonui, a brave young woman from Marishoni Ward who has been struggling to move around by crawling. Today, Brenda’s life changed — she can now move freely and with dignity. 🙏✨
A huge thank you to Divya for her kindness and generosity. Your big heart has brought hope and happiness to Brenda and inspired us all! 💕

We are deeply saddened by what happened at Kenanana Primary School in Njoro Subcounty, where two young sisters were humiliated by their teachers simply because they did not have undergarments. These girls come from a struggling family, and instead of being shown kindness, they were met with ridicule.

This is wrong. No child should ever be shamed for something beyond their control. A school should be a safe space — a place of learning, love, and encouragement — not a place of embarrassment.

✨ What we believe should happen:

-The girls need counseling and support so they can heal.
-Teachers need to be sensitized on empathy and child protection.
-The community can come together to create a support fund to provide dignity kits (clothes, undergarments, essentials) for vulnerable children.
-Authorities must take action and ensure such cases are never repeated in our schools.

As Heart2Heart & Love Connect, we will stand with these girls and their family by giving them dignity kits, mentorship, and love. But we cannot do it alone — we invite well-wishers, parents, and leaders to join us in protecting the dignity of these and every child.

Together, let’s show these sisters — and many other children like them — that they are loved, valued, and never alone. ❤️

Together with our founder Amos Bett , Vincent Cheruiyot , Jane Chebet ,Cosmos ,Tom and Moses, we embarked on the heartouching journey to kuresoi North, a place called Kapkures in Kamara Ward and Mawingu village in Nyota ward , to connect hearts with love and care to the two families who had children who are able differently.

After a very long time of the two families' appeal of assistive devices, yesterday we managed to deliver the two mobility wheelchairs to them ,which were donated by Rani Ramchandani Foundation. and facilitated by Waziri Hon.Leonard Bor .

We appreciate everyone who supported this noble initiative. Let us keep connecting hearts with love and care.

Imagine a mighty river, flowing with unstoppable force, carving valleys, nourishing lands, and sustaining life. This river represents women—resilient, powerful, and ever-moving, shaping the world with their strength, wisdom, and love. No obstacle can stop its journey; it finds a way to break barriers, create new paths, and bring life to everything it touches.

Today, we celebrate the incredible women who continue to inspire, lead, and uplift the world. Happy International Women's Day! May you always flow with courage, grace, and determination.
