Happy Mazingira Day!

Our students from both the Primary and Secondary campuses took action through a community clean-up drive, reminding us that a cleaner environment begins with each of us.

Proud of our young environmental champions, small actions, lasting impact!

As our Grade 6, Grade 9, and Grade 12 candidates prepare to sit their national examinations, the KDS family came together for a special prayer day to commit them to God, seeking His wisdom, strength, peace, and favour as they take this important step in their academic journey.

To our candidates, God will carry you through, stay focused, and give it your best. You are in our thoughts and prayers!

May God guide you all to success.

A teacher does more than teach. They inspire, guide, challenge, encourage, and sometimes simply believe in a child before the child learns to believe in themselves.

Today, we celebrate the teachers who show up every day with patience, purpose, and passion, shaping minds and touching lives far beyond the classroom.

Happy World Teachers’ Day to the incredible KDS teachers. Your impact lives on in every child you teach.

Our Junior Secondary students went on an enlightening academic trip to Kamburu Dam, Masinga Dam, and Mwea Rice Millers.

At the dams, students explored hydroelectric power generation, water resource management, and environmental conservation. At Mwea Rice Millers, they learned about the rice-processing journey—from drying and milling to grading, packaging, and distribution—while gaining insight into the importance of rice farming to food security and Kenya’s economy.

Which part of the trip would you have enjoyed most: exploring a hydroelectric dam or seeing rice processed? Tell us in the comments.
