What an incredible World Environment Day 2026!🌳🇰🇪

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, travelled, planted trees, shared our campaign, and believed in the vision of restoring the Kakamega Tropical Rainforest.❤️

Thank you Nurture in the Wild - Plants For Life Makeway Organix Limited, Women Bikers' Association- K Move in Nature Trails Kenya Avenue Healthcare Kenya Forest Service . Kiasili Africana, KHS members, friends, volunteers and Community members in Kakamega.

Together, we planted indigenous trees along the Lukusitsi River, helping restore one of Africa’s most important biodiversity hotspots. Every seedling planted represents hope for cleaner water, healthier ecosystems, thriving wildlife, and a more resilient future for generations to come.

A special thank you to our partners, supporters, friends, families, schools, communities, and organizations whose generosity made this initiative possible. Your contribution—whether one seedling or one hundred—has become part of a lasting legacy.

This year’s theme, , reminded us that meaningful action cannot wait. Climate action begins with all of us, and this event demonstrated the power of people coming together to protect nature.
