Life indeed is a journey.Many times we want to get to the top as quickly as possible but what we forget is that every good thing takes alot of time, patience and burning the midnight oil. I always saw my fellow bakers post beautiful cakes and i would want to get where they are but with every attempt i faced a challenge then i embraced my journey. I decided to take it a day at a time. Work on the taste then slowly improve the cake decor. I have seen the hand of God. If one could tell me back then i can stack a cream cake without a sweat then i could have not believed them but now i can... I have grown more confident in this. I have stopped procastinating and facing everything head on as God guides me. I am happy to say I HAVE GROWN. Indeed there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. WHAT DRIVES ME :
