Within the framework of the forgoing, Wema Afrika shall have the following principal objects:
1. To raise, mobilize and disburse funds and other resources for the promotion of less fortune, orphaned children, women and youth through the organization
2. To give encouragement and hope to orphaned and the less misfortune so as to make them feel as part of the society through socializing and engagi
ng them
3. To train adult Kenyans in modem farming techniques and assist them to acquire managerial skills; Mentor young people with emphasis on the boy child to live a responsible live and keep away from crime, drugs and substance abuse while taking care of the environment
4. Negotiate for peace through bringing the entire community into a more intimate relationship among themselves
5. Engage women to access and utilize existing health facilities, minimize maternal mortality and morbidity as well as engage them in Gender Based Violence forums.
6. To encourage community and individual participation in HIV/AIDS prevention, positive living, stigma reduction and Behavior change through showing kindness
7. Bring together the entire community through individual participation to support the existing community projects, initiate new ones and adopt friendly day to day family values
8. To promote youth awareness in leadership environment and good governance
9. To enter into any arrangement with any governments or authorities that may seem conducive to the Organization’s objects or any of them, and to obtain from such government or authority any rights, privileges and concessions which the Organization may think desirable to obtain;
10. To take such steps by personal or written appeals, public meetings or otherwise as may from time to time be deemed expedient for the purpose of procuring contributions to the funds of the Organization in the form of donations, annual subscription or otherwise;
11. To apply to any governments or authority, public bodies, corporations, companies or persons for and to accept grants or gifts of money and of any moveable or immovable property, donations, gifts subscriptions and other assistance with a view to promoting the objects of the Organization and, in taking of any gift or property to take the same subject to any special trust which may be prescribed by the donor thereof;
12. To establish an endowment fund to receive grants, donations, gifts and other assistance in any form whatsoever from Kenya or from any other source for anyone or more of the objects of the organization and to establish non-point-making foundation sin any country or countries for the purpose of receiving donations from private and corporate persons and for channeling the same to the organization’s development operations;
13. To promote or assist in the promotion of any organization or company or other body having objects similar to those of the Organization;
