Something exciting is coming to Nairobi’s cultural scene.
On Saturday, March 21st at 3:30 PM, MikaLuma will debut Roots & Rhythms, a vibrant live cultural performance blending African dance, acrobatics, fire performance, live drumming, and contemporary movement storytelling.
The show will premiere at the beautiful Eugenia Park Amphitheater on Kenyatta Road, offering audiences a dynamic afternoon experience that celebrates rhythm, movement, and the energy of African performance arts.
Roots & Rhythms takes audiences on a visual journey through drum, dance, water, and fire, featuring a talented ensemble of Kenyan performers bringing together traditional and contemporary influences. The show includes powerful drumming, high-energy acrobatics, contemporary dance storytelling, and a spectacular fire finale.
The production is designed as the launch of a new weekly cultural performance series at the amphitheater, aimed at both Nairobi residents and international visitors seeking authentic, high-energy entertainment rooted in African artistry.
