A good number of the students also belong to LitWorld Boys and Girls Clubs where they attend sessions to improve on their literacy skills, discuss health and social topics and build their self-confidence. Achievements. The Red Rose School with the help of Children of Kibera Foundation (CoKF) made tremendous achievements. In 2006, before the intervention of (CoKF), the school had 50 students (3-sponsored), five classrooms (nursery through grade two), and a poorly stocked library. Today, the school boasts of 400 students (150 sponsored), five new classes (baby class through grade eight), a new computer lab (12 computers and a projector), a resource room and a library stocked with over 800 books. The School currently partners with Kenya education Fund, a global NGO that sponsors students all over Kenya. Red Rose School
