Through the partnership and support of , Zinduka Afrika has successfully concluded a seven-week educator capacity-building programme designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and values of educators serving in Mbagathi Road Primary School.
The programme culminated in a reflective learning session centred on the film Courageous, providing participants with an opportunity to examine the principles of servant leadership, integrity, and intentional influence through a faith-based lens.
Throughout the discussion, educators reflected on several key themes that will continue to inform their work:
