Unser Ansatz: Eine gute Ausbildung! Wir sind fest davon überzeugt, dass eine gute Bildung eine Grundvoraussetzung für ein Leben in Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit ist. Real Stars ermöglicht Kindern von finanziell überforderten Eltern in Kenia, eine gute Schulbildung zu erhalten. Zudem beraten und schulen wir Kleinstunternehmer, ihre Geschäfte auszubauen und damit ihren Lebensunterhalt aus eigener Kraft zu bestreiten.

This April, our teenage beneficiaries had the opportunity to attend the Teens Camp at Diguna Mission. The theme of the camp, being “Rooted,” was based on Colossians 2:6–7: “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him,”strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”The young teens were encouraged to remain thankful, as this is the will of Jesus Christ for all believers.They also enjoyed interacting with their peers while learning and growing in the Word of God. We are truly grateful for the opportunity for our children to attend these Christian camps every school holiday, as they help strengthen their spiritual walk and guide them away from negative influences.

Yesterday, we held our first Parents’ Meeting for the year 2026. We had the opportunity to worship and pray together with the parents of our beneficiaries, as well as engage in meaningful conversations regarding the progress and future of all Real Stars beneficiaries.It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with the parents, and we thank God for the privilege to impact both the children and their families in such a meaningful way.We remain deeply grateful to all Real Stars supporters who make this ministry possible.

This January our children returned to school
many progressing to the next class, while others embark on new educational journeys in different schools. We are deeply grateful for God’s unfailing providence, made evident through the generous support of Real Stars sponsors and partners, which continues to make this ministry possible. Trusting in God that this initiative will empower our children to rise above the challenging circumstances they come from and inspire them to build meaningful, purpose-driven lives for themselves and their families. We also take this opportunity to sincerely thank each and every one of you who faithfully supports Real Stars beneficiaries through the school fees sponsorship. May our gracious God abundantly bless you and your families for being a source of hope and transformation in a needy child’s life.

Happy New Year 🎊 2026 to all our Real Stars friends and partners.We hope you enjoyed a joyful Christmas season with your friends and loved ones.

First and foremost, we would like to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support toward Real Stars over the years. We truly could not do this work without you.

Our verse for the year is Psalm 65:11:
“You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your paths drip with abundance.”Our prayer is that this verse will be your testimony throughout the year ahead.

We began the year with our first Alumni meeting, bringing together our graduated beneficiaries and inviting them to serve as mentors to our current beneficiaries. Each mentor has been paired with a child to walk alongside them, offer guidance, and be a trusted friend.

We trust God that this initiative will empower our children to rise above the challenging backgrounds they come from and inspire them to build meaningful, purpose-driven lives 🤗

It’s that special time of year again. During this December holiday, our teens along with the younger children attended the December Christian Camp at Diguna Mission. It was a refreshing and wholesome break from everyday distractions. They enjoyed meaningful interactions with their peers while learning and growing in the Word of God. We are truly grateful for this opportunity, which is helping them strengthen their spirit and walk in truth during this long holiday.

Last week, we were honoured to host a team from Liberating Education Organization, an organization committed to equipping young people with essential digital skills. Their visit was driven by a shared interest in empowering our Real Stars beneficiaries, particularly students who have recently completed high school and those currently pursuing studies in universities and colleges. The goal of this training being to further enhance digital literacy and build stronger competencies that will enable our youth to confidently step into the future. During their visit, the team also had the opportunity to conduct a home visit for one of our younger beneficiaries, gaining deeper insight into the community we serve. We thank God for the opportunity to partner with such an inspiring team and for the meaningful impact they will make in the lives of our youth.

It’s that time of the year again! We are in Western Kenya for the home visits of our children on this side. We thank God for the continued opportunity to touch lives, one child at a time across different parts of Kenya. A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who supports Real Stars and makes this mission possible.

This December holiday, our Children's Meeting was truly special. We were blessed to be visited by a Bible Study Group called A Sensible Foundation, who not only supported us through their generous donation but also took time out of their busy schedules to spend the day with our children at the Kibera office. They shared the Word of God, prepared meals, played engaging games, and held meaningful conversations with the children. We continue to thank God for His goodness and mercies, which we experience daily through the love and support of friends like A Sensible Foundation and the wider Real Stars community.May God bless each and every one of you.

This October, Real Stars staff members had the incredible opportunity of attending the 2025 Global Leadership Summit. A world-class, two-day event broadcast live in HD from Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago and hosted at CITAM Karen,Nairobi.
Our team not only gained valuable leadership insights but also had the chance to network and exchange ideas with fellow attendees from diverse industries and backgrounds.
The summit featured inspiring sessions from globally recognized leaders such as Craig Groeschel, Christine Caine, Thasunda Brown Duckett, and many other remarkable speakers. Their messages encouraging us all to lead where we are! Challenging each team member to give their best in the departments they serve in at Real Stars.
