On 25th September last year, we held our inaugural Dining in the Dark event. đź–¤

An evening that gave us the chance to experience dinner in complete darkness, all in support of the Kenya Society for the Blind.

Together, we raised Ksh 350K+ to support KSB’s accessibility programmes, including JAWS software licences, mobility and daily living training, and subsidised eye consultations.

A big thank you to the volunteers who brought the evening to life, and to our partners and sponsors who supported the event from the start!

What does it actually take to build an environmental organisation in Nairobi from scratch?

We are hosting our next Meet the Leader session on Thursday 20th August and this one is focused on shaping Nairobi’s sustainable future.

We will be in conversation with a two leaders who is already doing the work, restoring ecosystems, tackling waste, influencing policy and building movements. And we want to hear the real story behind it - what inspired them, what they got wrong, and what they have learned.

This session is open to everyone. If you work in sustainability, care about Nairobi’s future, or are thinking about how to play a role in environmental change, come join us.
