The Kenya Debt Relief Network (KENDREN) is a national network of individuals and organizations interested and committed to work on issues of debt, aid, economic governance and the broad political economy and development issues especially in the context of globalization. By using Debt as the entry point to interrogate the foregoing national and international political economic architecture, KENDREN
is committed to building a lasting debt movement that informs and contributes to the building of communities for transformative change. Through core programmatic work around research, policy analysis, lobby and advocacy, information dissemination and documentation, KENDREN aspires to build a knowledgeable society, which is informed and prepared to take its rightful space within the governance agenda by upholding the values of human rights based approach to development, respect for the rule of law and notions of participatory and inclusive democratic ideals to secure livelihoods and shape their destinies.
