As we reflect on today's discussion, several key messages stood out. We need to build and strengthen support systems that can reach all of us, ensuring that no one has to face mental health challenges alone. Mental health is a collective responsibility, and we should continuously learn how to better support, listen to, and care for one another.

We also acknowledged that past traumas and life experiences have a significant impact on our wellbeing. Healing is a journey, and it is important to address these experiences through positive and healthy coping mechanisms rather than carrying the burden in silence. Men and women experience life differently, and societal expectations placed upon them can contribute to emotional strain and mental fatigue. Recognizing and appreciating these differences allows us to respond with greater empathy and understanding.

Regardless of the expectations placed on us, we must intentionally prioritize our mental health. Self-care is not selfish; it is necessary. Choosing yourself, setting boundaries, resting, and seeking support are all important acts of self-preservation. We should not wait until we are overwhelmed or in crisis before seeking professional help. Early intervention and support can make a significant difference.

Most importantly, let us continue to normalize conversations about mental health. Speaking up, asking for help, and being vulnerable are not signs of weakness, they are signs of courage and strength. Together, let us keep breaking the silence, challenging stigma, and creating communities where everyone feels seen, heard, supported, and valued.

Today, on International Condom Day, we celebrate informed choices, protected love, and responsible relationships.

Condoms are more than just protection; they are tools of empowerment. Yes Tools! They help prevent HIV, other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and unintended/mistimed pregnancies. They protect dreams, safeguard futures, and promote healthy communities.

Choosing to use a condom is choosing responsibility. It is choosing respect for yourself and your partner. It is choosing a future filled with opportunity.

Let’s break the stigma.

Let’s normalize conversations about sexual reproductive health.

Let’s promote access, education, and confidence in protection.

On this International Condom Day, let’s commit to safer choices, healthier relationships, and a generation that is informed, empowered, and protected.

Valentine's Day is tomorrow, ensure all your gifts are well wrapped!

Wrap it. Protect it. Respect it.

Holiday Season Greetings!

Wishing you a joyous, fun filled and happy holiday. Here's a reminder for you

As we celebrate this festive season, let us remember that children are naturally curious and full of wonder. This is a time for all of us parents, caregivers, neighbors, and the wider community to share responsibility in keeping them safe. Let’s create protective, loving, and safe spaces where every child can enjoy the holidays without harm.

Together, we can make this season joyful, secure, and meaningful for our children.

This World AIDS Day, we stand committed to Ending AIDS among Adolescents and Young People.
Empowering young people with accurate Sexual and Reproductive Health information is not optional. It is essential. When adolescents and youth are informed, supported, and able to access treatment, they can thrive.

Partnerships matter. Families, communities, health systems, and youth-led organizations must work together to ensure young people on treatment receive the care, encouragement, and follow-up they need to achieve U=U — Undetectable = Untransmittable.

Let’s build a future where every young person knows their status, accesses care without fear, and lives a healthy, stigma free life.
Together, we can end AIDS.
