The PBO Act 2013 uses the term “registration.” However, the Court clarified that the Public Benefits Organizations Regulatory Authority (PBORA) will not require NGOs previously registered under the defunct NGO Coordination Board to register afresh. Instead, they will transition through entry into the register of Public Benefit Organizations (PBOs).
